In ancient times, freshly goats milk could be stored up to 12 hours at ambient temperature because, during ancient times, there was no refrigerator. What the ancient Egyptians did was that they put some Kefir into the milk. Days later, the milk didn’t go bad or spoil instead it turned into milk kefir. Milk kefir is a fermented milk drink that is similar to a thin yogurt that is made from kefir grains. It is also high in probiotics and lots of health benefits. Besides that, milk kefir is healthier than yogurt because it has more protein, more probiotics and, improves digestion.
